6. Who has access to the data (processors)
Data may be processed by service providers, e.g.:

- security and protection tools (e.g., CDN, firewall)
All processors are bound by contract and GDPR rules.
7. Transfer to third countries
We do not transfer data outside the EU, except for services based in the USA (e.g., CDN or analytics tools).
In such cases, transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

These Terms govern the use of the priklady.eu website.

- Service – a website providing math examples and content.
- User – a person who creates an account or uses the service.

- Sharing the access password is prohibited.
- The operator may block the account in case of rules violations.
